2. About health information
You do not need to include detailed information about your health in a quick inquiry. Messages are viewed only on an authenticated administrator screen. Notification emails contain only part of your name, the area of care and the reference number, and do not contain your phone number, email address or message.
3. Provision to third parties and outsourcing of processing
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where there is a legal basis.
To be confirmed: the server and database hosting provider, the notification email delivery provider, and whether data is transferred abroad will be stated once the operating environment is finalized.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Requests are accepted by phone or email. To be confirmed: the processing deadline and identity verification procedure.
