If you are contacting us from abroad
- If you do not have a Naver account
- Please leave a phone number including the country code, or an email address, in the quick inquiry form. We will help with booking after confirming the purpose of your visit, your preferred dates and the language you would like us to use.
- Languages
- We also accept inquiries in English, Japanese and Chinese. However, we cannot always respond immediately in these languages at all hours, so a reply may take some time.

- Fees and documents
- We will confirm and let you know about payment methods and whether an English-language confirmation of treatment or receipt can be issued. If you need to claim on overseas insurance, please tell us in advance at the consultation.
